First Place Nail Biting Performance at KGV Battle of the Books

After months of preparation, the KGV Battle of the Books team finally participated in the 2019 BOB semi finals on 3 May, in the face of twenty different books and tough competition from all four participating schools. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, KGV’s team gave an outstanding- and occasionally nail biting- performance, eventually nabbing first place for the semi final round.

KGV will soon progress to the final round against six other schools, in an attempt to gain the BOB champion’s trophy for 2019. A hearty congratulations to the each member of the BOB team for their astounding efforts, passion, and team spirit seen both during and before the competition, and, of course, good luck for their upcoming final!
