England Masters at KGV

On Monday (14 November) afternoon, KGV was honoured to have the England Masters players at our campus meeting with our football team players, as part of their England Masters Tour in Hong Kong.

The team of players visiting us yesterday included some big names for many Premier League and England football fans – Teddy Sheringham, Steve McManaman, Emile Heskey, Paul Parker, David James, Danny Murphy, Michael Gray, Des Walker, Steve Howey, Michael Thomas, Carlton Palmer, Darius Vassell, Darren Anderton and Lee Hendrie.

60 selected students across our Boys A, B & C Grade and Girls football teams got the chance to meet and trained with the team of Premier League legends in different sessions, which focused on goalkeeping, shooting, passing and dribbling skills.

We would like to thank all the players for coming and sharing their skills with our students, also to ESF and playerlayer for co-hosting the event.
