Term 3 CAS Activity Program
It’s great to see so many students re-engaging with the CAS program and selecting new activities for term 3. Students are able to manage their selections (deselecting and selecting activities up until the end of April).
For external paid activities:
- Paid activities joined at the beginning of the year have a full year commitment, and students will not be eligible for a refund if they decide to leave the program.
- For new term 3 paid activities, students can select and opt out before the end of term (12th April), should they change their mind. After this date, students will be committed to the activity and receive an e-payment.
Many activities from term 1+2 will continue in to term 3, with spaces available, as well as a great selection of new activities (see summary here: https://goo.gl/iAKMfv)
Please remember: Students are not allowed to participate in their chosen activity unless they are signed up and have parental approval. The activity register for each session will only populate photos for the students that have been approved for the activity. Therefore, please check your email inbox and lookout for the ‘activity approval’ emails.
Finally, I would like to thank parents for your support with allowing students to take part in the CAS program. I would also welcome any feedback or suggestions you have to both improve the CAS Program by identifying particular activities that you would like to see offered at KGV.
