ORDERS MADE and DELIVERY DATES in response to long-term-school closure

Thank you everyone who has placed an order for the yearbook. Despite a year of school closure,  cancelling the many much-loved events that add to the rich fabric of KGV life, the Yearbook team has committed to maintaining the scope and quality of this year’s edition. They are currently regenerating suddenly empty pages, ensuring any new content will be in respect to and in celebration of the events that were unable to run. 

It is a huge task. 

As such, the printing has been moved back towards the end of term. Delivery is possible before August, but probable during the first week or so. The bulletins and e-newsletters will be used to broadcast delivery and collection information. Please wait until information appears there rather than emailing to find out. Announcement will be made on or just before the delivery date is 100% confirmed. 

Collections 

Leaving Hong Kong? We will work on collection arrangements with you. Despite our attempts to establish a ‘mail out’ option for graduated Year 13 students, the cost has proven prohibitive. Additionally, non-essential mailing faces backlog and extensive delays, particularly to destinations still under various lock-down measures. Mail-out cannot be facilitated. We will work on alternative collection arrangements for Year 13 or HK-leavers and will be flexible in how this can be done. Orders can still be cancelled in light of this, though we hope this won’t be the case. 

Extension of the online ordering – NOW

In addition, online ordering has been extended to May 22. Please find the order form HERE. Invoicing and payment details are below. 

Thank you for understanding and supporting the Yearbook and the Yearbook team. They have at heart a focus on ensuring The Lion retains its shine this year. It is a team I am very proud of. I am inspired by their dedication to the celebration of YOUR achievements and contributions to KGV life, even in a year such as this. 

Payment

1.     Instructions and payment information are included in the order form. Price is now set at $220. 
2.     Spare copies of the yearbook are NOT printed. Only ordered and confirmed PAID invoices will be printed and delivered.
