In these trying times, our responsibility to help our students become happy, confident and articulate global citizens proves more important than ever.
That is why we are incredibly proud when our student Chloe Chan joins forces with her fellow American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) players to raise funds for coronavirus relief.
56 AJGA members have collectively raised $26,000 for Direct Relief, a humanitarian aid organisation currently focused on providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to healthcare workers.
Chloe’s commitment to her sport has equally earned her a full scholarship from the University of Wisconsin.
Tip of the hat to Chloe!
These are strange times when simply staying at home can make an impact. For an ambitious junior golfer like Chloe Chan, that didn’t feel like doing nearly enough to combat the coronavirus effects being felt around the world. Chan, a 16-year-old from Hong Kong, has spent the last two summers on the American Junior Golf Association circuit.
