Congratulations to all Year 9 students

The Year 9 students were challenged to take action on a passion project of their choosing. Working in groups designed around shared interests, they were led through a series of inquiry-based workshops to identify a community need that they wanted to address and then create two days of action. This work required a high level of independence and they were challenged to use the IBO’s Approaches to Learning in order to consider how to use and develop their Thinking, Research, Social, Self-Management and communication skills. The culmination of their work was a 15 minute presentation reflecting on the successes and suggesting how they could improve their action in the future.

Congratulations to all Year 9 students for such fantastic outcomes from this challenging project.
