Chess Olympiad

Jasmine Leung was selected to represent Hong Kong to participate in the 43rd Chess Olympiad that was held in Batumi, Georgia from 23 September to 6 October 2018.

Jasmine would like to share some words with you:

‘There were teams from over 150 countries participating in this prestigious tournament. This experience has been really rewarding and remarkable and I am grateful to have the opportunity to meet people from so many different countries, play against the top players in the world especially at the age of 14 and share my passion with people with the same interest across the world. I also enjoyed gaining insight into the city and this will definitely be an experience I won’t forget. ‘
