Breathing Exercise for wellbeing

Given the current situation with COVID-19 fear in Hong Kong, KGV PTSA would like to provide wellbeing support to our community.  We would like to introduce to you a breathing technique which has proved effective in detoxing and building our immune system.  It is also helpful for our students who will be facing exams shortly by lowering anxiety and increasing concentration.
