Itinerary: Everest Trek and Nuwakot Project

Day 1 (FRI) Fly Dragonair to KTM. Night Arrival

Day 2 (SAT) Drive to Nuwakot

Day 3 (SUN) SB type activities (same as above)

Day 4 (MON) ditto (same as above)

Day 5 (TUE) ditto return to KTM in the evening

Day 6 (WED) Fly to Luckla trek to Phakding

Day 7 (THU) Phakding to Namche

Day 8 (FRI) At Namche with a return trek to a local village or similar (outreach work if possible)

Day 9 (SAT) Trek to Thyangboche

Day 10 (SUN) Explore area around Thyangboche (further outreach work if possible)

Day 11 (MON) Trek to Namche

Day 12 (TUE) Trek to Lukla

Day 13 (WED) Fly to KTM; fly back to HK on night flight.
