There is a wealth of material available for Religious Studies. Some of it will be useful to you for revision purposes - some may find it useful for coursework. Remember you must not copy - this will only jeopardize your final marks in examinations.

http://www.findarticles.com/ - this is a great site - the beauty of it being that all of the work on it is published material and is therefore fully accepted by GCSE and A level examination boards. However the downside of this site is that you will find that if you type in general word then you will end up with over 1000 articles to look at. http://www.brittanica.com/ -this can be accessed through the school library where it is free. This is a first rate site with invaluable and up to date information although again for examination students I strongly recommend that you use an advanced search technique. | |

http://www.refit.ucsm.ac.uk/ - this is run by the PCof RE ( the Professional Council of Religious Education) - it is focused on information technology and its uses in Religious Education but does have a reference section which you might find useful for further research. | |

www.re-xs.ucsm.ac.uk - this is the "Religious Education Exchange Service" and is brilliant for looking up information on the world religions, ethical and moral uses and general information on current affairs. There is also news service on this site where you can find out up to date information on the ethical issue you are studying - especially UK news. | |

www.cant.ac.uk/renet - this is a great site as it is geared towards students using the internet as a research tool. It contains information on world faiths, morality and philosophy. | |

www.paulhopkins.org.uk/re/index.html - this is entitled the GCSE Religious Studies site although don't be put off if you are studying A/S level - there is some really good information here. There are two sections; one on coursework with help with popular titles and one on revision. | |

www.bbc.co.uk - this has a whole section devoted to education. It is not only great for revision there is also a section on religion and ethics. You can find a wealth of information here on all the world faiths, morality and philosophy. | |
