John Knight ranked 4th among Asian Water Skiers

John competed in the U17 slalom event and took 4th place among Asian skiers. He set a personal best tournament score in the final round. He was the second youngest skier in the competition at age 12. Most of the kids were between 15 and 17.

It was a huge accomplishment for John. It was a big event with some really world-class skiers there. He did well just to hold his nerve. He is now ranked number 4 among Asian U17 skiers and possibly in the top 10 for AAO (Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Oceana).

By the end of this summers training he should easily have a score that qualifies him for the World Junior U17 Championships which is held in about a year and a half.
