IB Business students visiting PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

On 4th May, 2017, students visited PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Central.  PwC focuses on audit and assurance, tax and consulting services helping to resolve complex issues and identify opportunities in a global business setting.  Our students were given an insight into corporate finance which added a real world dimension to the Finance and Accounting units within their IB programme.   After a holistic overview of the firm, three members of staff from PwC had sharing sessions with small groups of students, guiding our students through the work done by auditors.  For our students it was a valuable learning opportunity allowing students to contextualise their learning and just as importantly an enjoyable few hours in an international firm.  Thank you Mrs Bhagchandani for leading the trip and to Mrs Edwards who accompanied her.
