 The department regularly works with professional theatre artists and practitioners to enhance learning opportunities for students as well working closely with other drama departments in ESF and from across Hong Kong to deepen experiences for students at all levels.
KGV is a member of the International Schools Theatre Association, which links us the other schools and professionals from the Asia Pacific region, which in turn enables us to attend festivals in other countries and provide learning experiences beyond the Hong Kong context.
 The department pays a full and active role in the co-curricular life of the school, with numerous public performances throughout the academic year. Some of this work is curriculum generated, while other aspects offer opportunities for performance to all our students outside of the learning environment.
Other overseas theatre visits are regularly organised to enable students to experience a wider range of theatre and training opportunities.
