BRIEF ITINERARY At Megabox rink For
beginners and experienced players alike Low
player/skater:coach ratio 3 hours
on-ice training per day 1.5 hours
off-ice training per day 30-minute
game each day Shooting
(fore-/back-hand wrist shot, slap/flip/snap shot), scoring, puck control Power
skating – first-step speed, explosive acceleration, agility and lateral
mobility Basic skating technique
