You’ve
seen Brainiac? You’ve seen CSI? Now try it for
real! Science Abuse will be a week of hands-on science with all the
experiments you never get to do in lessons. Activities might include a space
day with rocket launchers and dry ice, a forensic science day with
fingerprints and plaster casts, colours and
sparkles, and a trip out, finishing with a Science Abuse Fair where you will
design an exciting exhibit to show to students from our partner primary
schools. You will also get to customize your own lab-coat, and may even get
to walk on custard! You will
be able to find out more on our very own website here: https://sites.google.com/a/kgv.hk/science-abuse-2010/ Years 9 –
11: if you love practical work, particularly the messy kind, and want to do
more. Years 12
– 13: ideally you will be still studying a Science subject, but more
importantly you will need to be good at assisting and organizing younger
students, Creative -
