Are you stressed out? Would you like to feel more confident? Would you like to know more about nutrition or exercise? Do you want to try something different?

With visits, special guests, workshops and activities, Well-being week is packed full of ideas to help you feel great and deal with all life throws at you

BRIEF ITINERARY

Teaming building, self esteem, power of positive perspective.
Body and Spirit including a visit to a gym, relaxation sessions and techniques……
Alternative Health including aromatherapy, brain gym, yoga…..
Nutrition awareness including menu planning, trip to organic restaurant and supermarket, cooking……

Creativity – food preparation and team building activities and creation of menu cards
Action – team building activities and trip to gym
