BRIEF ITINERARY – N.B. there is a new emphasis to this Challenge
Students will take part in a race around Hong Kong where you will not only have to be challenged physically but also mentally. Teams will reflect the different year groups across the school and your ability to get on as a team and take on a leadership role will be paramount. This year we will be helping out some deserving sections of our community, whilst also adding a competitive element to the work you do.
Students will be unaccompanied for large parts of the day although the trip itself will be scrutinized along the ESF guidelines.

Are you the kind of student who;

·         Likes working in team

·         Likes a challenge/ problem solving

·         Wants to give something back to HK community

then this is the Challenge Week opportunity for you.
Creativity – various activities during the race
Action – various activities during the race
Service – Senior students who enroll in this activity are expected to take a leadership role and thus will earn Service CAS credits

“Challenge Week ’08 proved to be more challenging than I had anticipated. Participating in Amazing Race, I had expected a week of pure fun and enjoyment, competing with a group of 7 against other teams and having a relaxing week off school. However, as the week passed by, I enhanced many skills and was able to identify a few of my strengths and in particular, weaknesses, that I will now be able to work on. “        Joanne  Lam  Amazing Race

“I enjoyed the week as a whole with the best thing being the actual challenge of going on the ride. I felt great after finally conquering one of my life time fears however small it may seem.”   Ruarai Farquhar  Amazing Race
